Nicolas P. Rougier created Nano Emacs, and is a senior researcher in computational cognitive neuroscience at Inria and Institute of Neurodegenerative Diseases. He gave the course on digital typography he gave at SIGGRAPH 2018 and the preprint “On the design of text editor.”
